Cancellations and Refunds

Plans change. This page explains how to cancel, when a refund may apply and how to send a formal withdrawal request. The specific terms shown before you pay remain part of your booking.
Before you purchase
Each course, session, workshop and retreat may have different practical commitments. I will show the relevant cancellation terms before payment.
If you need to cancel
Write as soon as you can and include your name, the offer or event, the booking date and the email address used for the purchase.
Your legal rights remain
Nothing on this page removes any mandatory consumer right that applies to your purchase, including a statutory right of withdrawal where available.

Offer-specific terms

Private sessions, tuition, workshops, retreats and online courses are different kinds of purchases. The cancellation terms presented on the relevant booking, registration or checkout page form part of your agreement. Please read them before paying and keep the confirmation you receive.

Distance purchases and withdrawal

If you purchase online or by telephone, you may have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal. Exceptions can apply, including certain leisure activities held on a specific date and digital content that begins after you have expressly asked for immediate access and acknowledged the effect on your withdrawal right. If the law gives you a right of withdrawal, the form below is available for exercising it.

Online courses and digital content

Immediate access to a digital course may begin as soon as payment is confirmed. Any request for immediate access and any acknowledgement concerning withdrawal rights must be presented clearly at checkout. This does not affect your right to complain if the content is faulty, unavailable or materially different from what was promised.

Sessions, workshops and retreats

For a private appointment or an in-person programme, the deadline and consequence for cancellation will be stated when you book. Some places may be transferable or eligible for a credit, while others involve costs that cannot be recovered close to the date. The terms you accepted for that booking will apply, alongside any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If I cancel or make a material change

If I cancel an experience or course, I will offer an appropriate replacement, rescheduling option or refund of the amount paid for the cancelled part. If a material date change means you can no longer attend, contact me promptly so I can set out the available options.

Refunds

When a refund is due, it will normally be returned through the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may need additional processing time after the refund has been issued.
