I collect information you choose to give me, such as your name, email address, message, booking details, course enrolment, account information and any preferences you share in order to take part safely. When you make a purchase, payment and transaction details are handled by the payment services used at checkout. I do not need or intend to store complete card details.
The website may also record technical information such as your IP address, browser, device, pages visited, login activity and cookie choices. If comments are enabled, the information entered in the comment form and technical data used for spam prevention may also be processed.
Please share only the personal information needed for your enquiry or participation. If you choose to tell me something sensitive, I will treat it with particular care and use it only for the purpose for which you provided it, unless the law requires otherwise.
I use personal information to answer enquiries, assess whether an offer is suitable, manage bookings, provide courses and accounts, process purchases, send requested information, maintain records, protect the website and comply with legal obligations. I send newsletters or promotional messages only where I have a valid basis to do so, and every marketing email should include an unsubscribe option.
Depending on the situation, the legal basis may be performance of a contract, steps you ask me to take before entering a contract, your consent, a legal obligation or my legitimate interest in operating a secure and useful service.
I use selected service providers for website hosting, email delivery, forms, course access, payment processing, administration, analytics and security. They receive only the information needed to perform their work and are expected to protect it. Information may also be disclosed where the law requires it, or where this is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
Some technology providers may process information outside Sweden or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, I use the safeguards required by applicable data protection law, such as an adequacy decision or approved contractual protections.
I keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose described here. Purchase and accounting records may be retained for the period required by law. Course and account information may be kept while the account or access remains active. Enquiry records are reviewed and removed when they are no longer reasonably needed. Marketing information is kept until you unsubscribe or I no longer have a valid reason to use it.
Essential cookies help the website, checkout and student login function. Optional analytics or marketing technology should be used only where the required consent has been given. You can change your choices through the cookie controls on the website and through your browser. Blocking essential cookies may affect checkout, account or course functions.
Depending on the law that applies, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, ask for deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, receive portable data and withdraw consent. You may also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, or another competent supervisory authority.
I take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information. No online system is entirely free of risk. My offers are intended for adults aged 18 and over, and I do not knowingly collect information from children for participation in these services.
